Led by Executive Chef Elise Wiggins, Panzano provides all the catering services for the hotel. The restaurant is both a favorite of Denver locals and an award winner, so you know you're in good hands. Our catering team will work with you to create a menu customized to your event.

In addition to our meeting spaces, Panzano features two private dining spaces. Set apart from the energy and buzz of the restaurant, our intimate private dining room gives your meeting or party of up to 10 guests a tasteful place of its own. Additionally, Panzano's Wine Cellar, nestled downstairs, is a, welcoming world unto itself. The Wine Cellar accommodates 60 seated guests, and up to 70 for a reception.

Panzano's atmospheric Wine Cellar, nestled in the hotel, transports your guests to a secluded world dedicated to your event. The Wine Cellar accommodates 60 seated guests and up to 75 for a reception.
