Hotel Monaco Denver: Stylish downtown meeting facilities and exceptional catering
Award-Winning Catering in Downtown Denver
It's not a meeting unless there's great eating. (That's our belief, anyway.) Luckily, Hotel Monaco Denver has a delicious, sophisticated side. It's our adjacent Northern Italian restaurant, Panzano, and we can't wait to share it with you.
Led by Executive Chef Elise Wiggins, Panzano provides all the catering services for the hotel. The restaurant is both a favorite of Denver locals and an award winner, so you know you're in good hands. Our catering team will work with you to create a menu customized to your event.
Here are a few sample menus and packages:
- Breakfast Menu
- All Day Meetings, Breaks & Beverages
- Lunch Menu
- Dinner Menu
- Reception Menu
- Wedding and Civil Union Package
- Platters & Appetizers
- Wellness Menu
- Wine List
In addition to our meeting spaces, Panzano features two private dining spaces. Set apart from the energy and buzz of the restaurant, our intimate private dining room gives your meeting or party of up to 10 guests a tasteful place of its own. Additionally, Panzano's Wine Cellar, nestled downstairs, is a, welcoming world unto itself. The Wine Cellar accommodates 60 seated guests, and up to 70 for a reception.
- Surrounded by the energy of Panzano, the restaurant's intimate private dining room is the ideal setting for meetings and parties of up to 10 guests.
